Alex Puchner ‘83, Senior Vice President of Brewing Operations at BJ’s Restaurants, has graciously offered to conduct a beer tasting and tour of one of his breweries on Sunday afternoon, November 4th, from 4:00pm until 6:00pm. The event will be held at the BJ’s in Laguna Hills, at 24032 El Toro Road, near the Laguna Hills Mall. We will learn a little bit of the history of beer, what ingredients go into making it, and then try out all of the varieties which are hand-crafted by BJ’s beermeisters, along with generous servings of BJ’s famous pizzas.
